Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in new, unworn condition with all original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at [support@jtcrazy.com] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the piece back.
Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item arrived damaged or defective).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Exchanges
Want a different size, color, or style?
You can exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
Because of their nature, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Custom or made-to-order pieces
Engraved or personalized items
Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll repair, replace, or refund your piece depending on the situation.
Please include clear photos of the issue so we can help quickly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method.
