This earing is a found pressed penny dangling from a Sterling Silver hoop, elevated by a fancy heart cut stone in a copper setting. I don't know the identity of the stone, and won't venture to guess! The hoop, post & earring back are all in Sterling Silver. The Penny is pre-1982 solid Copper.
